Am I a healthy person?

Few days ago I did a questionnaire about healthy life. Actually I didn't discover anything new, 'cause I already know what I need to change to feel and live better.

I would say my food habits in general are quite good. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I'm somewhere between vegan and vegetarian. I don't eat meat or eggs. I also don't like milk but I sometimes eat products that contain some (ice cream, spreads, cream...). The only thing I want to change is my dinner time. I eat too late.
I try to drink more water.

I also think I'm not doing myself a favour when I stay up late even if I know I have to get up early next morning. Somehow I get more and more energy through out the day.

So, the test score told me my way of life is not bad, but I should make one or two changes. I agree with it and I'm already working on it.
