Am I a Healthy Person? :)

My way of life is healthy, but maybe I should make some changes.
I live in the country, so I can walk anywhere I want. In the evenings I stay up late, even if I have to get up early the next day and I'm never tired.
I've got my ups and downs. I don't laugh often, I usually just smile.
I usually eat simple food (fish, rice, pasta and lot vegetables and fruit). My favourite food is salad and I eat it every day. When I'm thirsty I drink water or tea. I don't eat sweets very often, and I like brown bread. I eat vegetables and fruit every day. I eat steadily.
I practise sports from time to time. We naven't got a lift, so I must walk upstairs. I sometimes eat when I read or watch TV. I must change this. If I'm nervous I walk or listen to music and when I'm angry I do some aggressive sport like box. Every morning I wake up slowly and sleep at the breakfast table.
