If you like like action and history, this series is for you. The director and creator is Michael Hirst, who works for History channel. n leading. Travis Fimmel stars in this series.

Travis Fimmel plays as notorious Ragnar Lothbrok. A farmer with his family who is loyal to an earl Haraldson which is portrayed by Gabriel Byrne. Ragnar is a courious man who wants to sail west and not to the east as the earl wants. So he secretly makes a boat with his friend Floki ( played by Gustaf Skarsgard) and his brother Rollo ( played by Clive Standen). But will he succeed to gather a crew and sail west or will fail and get lost on the sea or worse?

This 4 seson long series will keep you busy for a while. It has some very beautiful lanscape and interesting scenes. The props are historicly accurate and the coustume look good too.   But while fights look cool they aren't realistic. And the show tries to be historicly accurate it has some events in wrong order or they didn't happend. But thats okay becaouse the series is more interesting.

All in all i think is a good series and i would recoment it to watch it to more mature audiance.
