ARE YOU LEADING A HEALTHY LIFE?

I live in the country on a small farm. In the evenings, I go to bed at a sensible time, because I need beauty sleep. I am happy most of the time, but I have got ups and downs. When I find something very funny, I laugh, but not very loudly. I usually eat simple food like vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice and some kind of meat. I never eat everything up even if I am already full. I like eating pancakes. When I am thirsty, I drink a glass of water. I eat sweat three times a week, but that is not very healthy, however I still eat them. I eat all kind of bread (wholemeal, white, brown...). I eat fruit and vegetables every day. I eat steadily. I do some sport from time to time. I go upstairs on foot, but if is there any lift I go by it. I sometimes read or watch TV when I during a meal. I can do 11-15 press ups. If I am nervous I listen to music.

MY HEALTY LIFE

I think  that my lifestyle is good. I live in a small country whit a lot of fresh air and beautiful nature. I go to bed at sensible time because i need my beauty sleep too. I am most of the time really happy because of my good friends. When I find  something very funny I laugh very loudly.
I usually eat simple food as fish, rice, pasta,vegetables, fruits... I never eat everything up even I'm already full. I like to eat fish and chips. Fish and chips are my favourite meal for lunch.
If I'm thirsty I dink fruit juice or water. Yeah I like sweets to but  eat them once a week. I probably eat white bread the most but i like wholemeal too. I eat fruit an vegetables every day. I really like fruit.
I at my meal steadily. I'm not good at sports but i regularly practise sports. Every day I go to walk. Walk is the best thing after school. I go upstairs whit walk. I sometimes read or watch TV when I during a meal. I can do 5-10 press-ups,this is not too bad for girl.

I live in the country-side, near small town Mokronog. My usually evenings look like: I go to bed at a sensible time. Iusually sleep 8 hours from 10pm to 6am. I can't study if I sleep lees than 4 hours, so I need my beauty sleep. At the moment I'm happy but trought my life i got my ups and downs. I love funny moment, when they come I laugh loudly. I usually aet fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruit... with two words simple food. I never eat everything up even if I'm already full. I like eathing mixed salad because its healty. When I'm thirsty I drink water. I eat sweets once a week. My favourite bread is white bread. I eat fruts and vegetables every day. Usually eat food sleadly, but if I'm late I eat very quickly. I like sports I like volleyball and football. I go upstairs on my own so I walk. SometimesI had or watch TV during the meal. I can do beetwen 11 to 15 pressups. During the day sometimes become nervous so I listen to music when I wake up I don't want to get out of bed and I don't want to go to school.

I can do 16-20 press-ups.If I'm nervous I listen to music.I don't want to wake up and I don't want to go to school.

My semi healthy life

I live on the country so i've got a lot of place to do stuff and one of them is my semi healthy lifestyle. I usually go to sleep around nine or ten in the evening because i NEED my beauty sleep, but i have no problem waking up, even if that is in the middle of the night for some reason. I like to laugh and i mean a lot. If you aren't smiling i will make my goal to make you atleast smile. I like good food, like the one that is very rich in all the stuff ( i honestly don't care  if that is good or bad for me). I eat until im full, cuz i don't like to waste food. And im not picky, so i will eat anything.But i have a problem. I like sweet stuff, but i can't eat them, so that's a good thing i guess. I love to eat slowly and enjoy in my food. And with  all that food i have to make some use out of it by hard working and playing sports. I love to practice HEMA (historical european martial arts) or anything that resembles that. I like archery too. So there is that. I think that i live pretty healthy life,but correct me if i'm wrong. And here is my favorite way of cooking. Camp cooking. BYE

I EAT WHITE BREAD. FOUR TIMES A WEEK, I EAT FRUIT AND VEGETABLES. I STEADLY EAT. I PRACTISE  SPORT REGULARY. I WALK TO GO UPSTAIRS. SOMETIMES I READ OR WATCH TV, WHEN I'M DURING A MEAL. I CAN 16-20 AND MORE PRESS-UPS. WHEN I NERVOUS, I DO SOME SPORTS. IN THE MORNING, I WAKE UP SLAWLY, AND SLEEP AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE.

I live in the country. I go to bed quite early. I most often drink water when I'm thirsty, though I also like drinking milk when I'm having breakfast. I on average eats sweets once a week, though December and early January are an exception. I eat different kinds of bread, but white bread is the most common one in my diet. I eat fruit or green vegetables on most days. I slowly eat food, I regularly practice sports. I have to go upstairs by foot because we unfortunately don't have an elevator. I sometimes watch TV while eating, but not often. I can at very least do twenty press ups. If I'm nervous I go running as it always clears my mind, though I quite like listening to music as well. I leap out of my bed early in the morning, but I don't do anything productive at that time.

I THINK I LIVE HEALTHY ENOUGH, BUT I COULD MAKE SOME CHANGES.
I LIVE IN HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, BECAUSE I LIVE IN A COUNTRY.
FOR FIRST I WOULD CHANGE ˝BAD HABIT˝ OF STAYING AWAKE FOR TOO LONG AND SO NOT GETTING ENOUGH OF SLEEP.
MOST OF THE TIME I FEEL OKAY BUT NOT LIKE HAPPY, BUT THERE ARE SOME MOMENTS WHEARE IM VERY HAPPY BECAUSE I FELL LIKE AND I HAVE GREAT COMPANY TO SHARE MY HAPPINESS AND LAUGH WITH.
IM NOT GOOD AT BEING SERIOUS SO I LAUGH A LOT.
I EAT SIMPLE AND HEALTHY FOOD I GUESS , AND I DONT ALWAYS EAT EVERTHYNG UP BECAUSE I TAKE AS MUCH FOOD AS I CAN EAT IN NORMAL MEALS.
I DONT EAT SWEETS LIKE EVERY DAY BUT I DO EAT VEGIES AND FRUITS EVERY DAY.
I DONT REALLY PAY  MUCH OF ATTENTION ON THE WAY I EAT BUT I EAT STEADILY.
I DONT DO A LOT OF SPORTS, I HAVE GYM CLASS IN SCHOOL AND I GO ON A WALK OR RUN OFTEN.
I ALWAYS WALK UPSTAIRS AND I DONT REALLY EAT WHEN IM WATCHINH TV BUT I DO LIKE WHEN IM LOOKING MOVIES, MOTO GP....ON LAPTOP.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY PRESSUPS CAN I DO I GUESS I HAVE MY LIMMIT BUT ITS CHANGING  AND IT DEPPENDS ON MOOD I GUESS.
WHEN IM NERVEOUS I TALK WITH RIGHT PERSON WHO CAN MAKE ME FELL BETTER AND I USUALLY JUST DRAW SO MY STRESS KINDA GOES AWAY.
AT THE MORNING I GET UP ,I GET READDY FOR SCHOOL AND THEN I GO TO BUS STOP WITH MY FRIEND .

SO I THINK IM LIVING HEALTHY FOR NOW BUT THAT CAN ALWAYS CHANGE.

     I think that my life is healty, but I think i need to change thing or two.
     I live in the country, which is good for a healty life. In the evenings I stay up late, even if I have to get up early next morning, because I`m already uset to it. Sometimes I`m happy, and sometimes I`m unhappy, so that means that I have my ups and downs. When I find or see something very funny, I laught, but not very loudly. I usually eat simple food (fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruit..), because I don`t really like Rich food. I eat as much as I can, so if I feel that I`m full, I stop eating. I like to eat mixed salat, because I like almost every kind of salats. When I`m thirsty, I usually drink water, but when I have meal, I also sometimes drink some juice. I eat sweets every day a little. I never eat a lot of them. We usually eat white bread. I eat fruit and green vegetables four times a week. I eat slowly and I usually finish the last. :) I practice some sport from time to time. When I go upstairs, I walk. During the meal, I never read or watch TV. I think I can do 5-10 or even a more press-ups. When I`m nervous, I listen music, because I like music a lot and because it relaxes me. In the morning I don`t want to get out of the bed and I don`t want to go to school. And, oh yea, I know I`m leasy. :)
     I will try to change some things in my life.

I am quite sure im living a healthy lifestyle.
 I live in the country.
 I usually stay up late and get up pretty soon, but that is what im used which I do understand is not really healthy but as it is said: habit is an iron shirt.
 I do have my ups and down, but my ups outnumber my downs which is positive, so I think im pretty happy most of them time.
 I hate that I laugh really loudly but I do.
 I usually eat simple food but I do sometimes eat rich food cause it's yummy.
 I eat when im full quite often even though I know it's not healthy but I just can't help myself not to do it.
 I really enjoy eating Fish & Chips as I just love the taste of it.
 When it comes to drinks I usually drink water due to me doing judo, which helped get used to drinking water as I am not allowed to drink anything else at judo.
 I eat sweets often as I am a big fan of sugar. Yea, I know it's not healthy but the unhealthy food usually tastes the best which sucks but I can't do anything.
 I eat white bread, sometimes brown.
 I eat fruit and vegetables every day cause I absolutely love carrots. My family hates me when it comes to eating as I just throw everything im myself (not literally throw in myself).
 I practice judo to 3-4 times a week depends on my schedule.
I obviously walk cause we have no lift.
I rarely eat a meal and watch TV, I only do it when im home alone.
I can do 16-20 press-ups. It really depends on my condition on that day.
I listen to music if I am stressed out. Ironically, I usully listen to ''Stressed out'' by Twenty One Pilots.
At the morning, I leap out of the bed like a rabbit to cancel my alarm before my whole family wakes up. Then I am on the phone for like 20 minutes, then I get dressed up and go downstairs when I am on my phone until I go to school.

I eat steadly and i enjoy the food I am eating.
I practice sport from time to time. If I have to go to an upper floor, I usually walk up the stairs.
I sometimes watch TV while I'm eating. I can't do many press-ups. Only about five.
If I am nervous I usually listen to music.
In mornings, I leap out of bed, say bye to my parents, and run to school.

Am i leading a healthy lifestyle

I don't know if i live a healthy lifestyle, because i eat healthy but i also worry too much and i overthink. I live on the cuntry side, where there's not much noise and there's a lot of forests. And there's fresh air, which is a plus too. I drink 2l of water a day and i love tea. I usually go to bed at 21.30, but on the weekend i go to bed much later, because i talk to some friends. When i wass young, i was quite negative and i didn't want to socialise with people, but then i sorounded myself  with great people and they made into a positive person. I won't say i am happy all the time, because who is? I am a human and i have my ups and downs. I loooove veggies, fruit, pasta, rice and  ofcourse pancakes.I am not a fan of cake and sweets, only chocolate and cookies. When i go out i always get a salad and water, because i don't like sweet and bubbly drinks. I don't eat sweets that much, when i do, i eat a lot haha. I eat fruits and veggies every day and i eat quit and i know that's bad. I have volleyball practise once a week but i workout at home too. I sometimes read while i'm eating, because it makes me calm and i forget about my problems and bad thoughts. I can do 15-2 press ups, which is odd, because i'm not a strong person at all. As i said earlier, i overthink and stress to much, so to calm mylself down i listen too music, because it makes me happy. In the morning i wake up slowly and i want to go back to sleep, but then i remind myself that i have a lot of work to do and i should probably get up. Then i make my berakfast and start
the day.
