I live in the country.
I usually stay up late and get up pretty soon, but that is what im used which I do understand is not really healthy but as it is said: habit is an iron shirt.
I do have my ups and down, but my ups outnumber my downs which is positive, so I think im pretty happy most of them time.
I hate that I laugh really loudly but I do.
I usually eat simple food but I do sometimes eat rich food cause it's yummy.
I eat when im full quite often even though I know it's not healthy but I just can't help myself not to do it.
I really enjoy eating Fish & Chips as I just love the taste of it.
When it comes to drinks I usually drink water due to me doing judo, which helped get used to drinking water as I am not allowed to drink anything else at judo.
I eat sweets often as I am a big fan of sugar. Yea, I know it's not healthy but the unhealthy food usually tastes the best which sucks but I can't do anything.
I eat white bread, sometimes brown.
I eat fruit and vegetables every day cause I absolutely love carrots. My family hates me when it comes to eating as I just throw everything im myself (not literally throw in myself).
I practice judo to 3-4 times a week depends on my schedule.
I obviously walk cause we have no lift.
I rarely eat a meal and watch TV, I only do it when im home alone.
I can do 16-20 press-ups. It really depends on my condition on that day.
I listen to music if I am stressed out. Ironically, I usully listen to ''Stressed out'' by Twenty One Pilots.
At the morning, I leap out of the bed like a rabbit to cancel my alarm before my whole family wakes up. Then I am on the phone for like 20 minutes, then I get dressed up and go downstairs when I am on my phone until I go to school.
