I live in the country on a small farm. In the evenings, I go to bed at a sensible time, because I need beauty sleep. I am happy most of the time, but I have got ups and downs. When I find something very funny, I laugh, but not very loudly. I usually eat simple food like vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice and some kind of meat. I never eat everything up even if I am already full. I like eating pancakes. When I am thirsty, I drink a glass of water. I eat sweat three times a week, but that is not very healthy, however I still eat them. I eat all kind of bread (wholemeal, white, brown...). I eat fruit and vegetables every day. I eat steadily. I do some sport from time to time. I go upstairs on foot, but if is there any lift I go by it. I sometimes read or watch TV when I during a meal. I can do 11-15 press ups. If I am nervous I listen to music.
