ARE YOU LEADING A HEALTY LIFE?
I think that my life is healty, but I think i need to change thing or two.
I live in the country, which is good for a healty life. In the evenings I stay up late, even if I have to get up early next morning, because I`m already uset to it. Sometimes I`m happy, and sometimes I`m unhappy, so that means that I have my ups and downs. When I find or see something very funny, I laught, but not very loudly. I usually eat simple food (fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruit..), because I don`t really like Rich food. I eat as much as I can, so if I feel that I`m full, I stop eating. I like to eat mixed salat, because I like almost every kind of salats. When I`m thirsty, I usually drink water, but when I have meal, I also sometimes drink some juice. I eat sweets every day a little. I never eat a lot of them. We usually eat white bread. I eat fruit and green vegetables four times a week. I eat slowly and I usually finish the last. :) I practice some sport from time to time. When I go upstairs, I walk. During the meal, I never read or watch TV. I think I can do 5-10 or even a more press-ups. When I`m nervous, I listen music, because I like music a lot and because it relaxes me. In the morning I don`t want to get out of the bed and I don`t want to go to school. And, oh yea, I know I`m leasy. :)
