My semi healthy life

I live on the country so i've got a lot of place to do stuff and one of them is my semi healthy lifestyle. I usually go to sleep around nine or ten in the evening because i NEED my beauty sleep, but i have no problem waking up, even if that is in the middle of the night for some reason. I like to laugh and i mean a lot. If you aren't smiling i will make my goal to make you atleast smile. I like good food, like the one that is very rich in all the stuff ( i honestly don't care  if that is good or bad for me). I eat until im full, cuz i don't like to waste food. And im not picky, so i will eat anything.But i have a problem. I like sweet stuff, but i can't eat them, so that's a good thing i guess. I love to eat slowly and enjoy in my food. And with  all that food i have to make some use out of it by hard working and playing sports. I love to practice HEMA (historical european martial arts) or anything that resembles that. I like archery too. So there is that. I think that i live pretty healthy life,but correct me if i'm wrong. And here is my favorite way of cooking. Camp cooking. BYE
