Am i leading a healthy lifestyle

I don't know if i live a healthy lifestyle, because i eat healthy but i also worry too much and i overthink. I live on the cuntry side, where there's not much noise and there's a lot of forests. And there's fresh air, which is a plus too. I drink 2l of water a day and i love tea. I usually go to bed at 21.30, but on the weekend i go to bed much later, because i talk to some friends. When i wass young, i was quite negative and i didn't want to socialise with people, but then i sorounded myself  with great people and they made into a positive person. I won't say i am happy all the time, because who is? I am a human and i have my ups and downs. I loooove veggies, fruit, pasta, rice and  ofcourse pancakes.I am not a fan of cake and sweets, only chocolate and cookies. When i go out i always get a salad and water, because i don't like sweet and bubbly drinks. I don't eat sweets that much, when i do, i eat a lot haha. I eat fruits and veggies every day and i eat quit and i know that's bad. I have volleyball practise once a week but i workout at home too. I sometimes read while i'm eating, because it makes me calm and i forget about my problems and bad thoughts. I can do 15-2 press ups, which is odd, because i'm not a strong person at all. As i said earlier, i overthink and stress to much, so to calm mylself down i listen too music, because it makes me happy. In the morning i wake up slowly and i want to go back to sleep, but then i remind myself that i have a lot of work to do and i should probably get up. Then i make my berakfast and start
the day.
