I live in the country. I go to bed quite early. I most often drink water when I'm thirsty, though I also like drinking milk when I'm having breakfast. I on average eats sweets once a week, though December and early January are an exception. I eat different kinds of bread, but white bread is the most common one in my diet. I eat fruit or green vegetables on most days. I slowly eat food, I regularly practice sports. I have to go upstairs by foot because we unfortunately don't have an elevator. I sometimes watch TV while eating, but not often. I can at very least do twenty press ups. If I'm nervous I go running as it always clears my mind, though I quite like listening to music as well. I leap out of my bed early in the morning, but I don't do anything productive at that time.
