Are you living a healthy life

I THINK I LIVE HEALTHY ENOUGH, BUT I COULD MAKE SOME CHANGES.
I LIVE IN HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, BECAUSE I LIVE IN A COUNTRY.
FOR FIRST I WOULD CHANGE ˝BAD HABIT˝ OF STAYING AWAKE FOR TOO LONG AND SO NOT GETTING ENOUGH OF SLEEP.
MOST OF THE TIME I FEEL OKAY BUT NOT LIKE HAPPY, BUT THERE ARE SOME MOMENTS WHEARE IM VERY HAPPY BECAUSE I FELL LIKE AND I HAVE GREAT COMPANY TO SHARE MY HAPPINESS AND LAUGH WITH.
IM NOT GOOD AT BEING SERIOUS SO I LAUGH A LOT.
I EAT SIMPLE AND HEALTHY FOOD I GUESS , AND I DONT ALWAYS EAT EVERTHYNG UP BECAUSE I TAKE AS MUCH FOOD AS I CAN EAT IN NORMAL MEALS.
I DONT EAT SWEETS LIKE EVERY DAY BUT I DO EAT VEGIES AND FRUITS EVERY DAY.
I DONT REALLY PAY  MUCH OF ATTENTION ON THE WAY I EAT BUT I EAT STEADILY.
I DONT DO A LOT OF SPORTS, I HAVE GYM CLASS IN SCHOOL AND I GO ON A WALK OR RUN OFTEN.
I ALWAYS WALK UPSTAIRS AND I DONT REALLY EAT WHEN IM WATCHINH TV BUT I DO LIKE WHEN IM LOOKING MOVIES, MOTO GP....ON LAPTOP.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY PRESSUPS CAN I DO I GUESS I HAVE MY LIMMIT BUT ITS CHANGING  AND IT DEPPENDS ON MOOD I GUESS.
WHEN IM NERVEOUS I TALK WITH RIGHT PERSON WHO CAN MAKE ME FELL BETTER AND I USUALLY JUST DRAW SO MY STRESS KINDA GOES AWAY.
AT THE MORNING I GET UP ,I GET READDY FOR SCHOOL AND THEN I GO TO BUS STOP WITH MY FRIEND .

SO I THINK IM LIVING HEALTHY FOR NOW BUT THAT CAN ALWAYS CHANGE.
