I think I live a healthy life because I live in the country. In the evening I go to bed at sensible time. I' am happy most of the time. I usually eat simple food. I never eat everything up even if I'am already full. I like eat pancakes. When I am thirsty I drink water. I eat sweets once a week. I eat white bread. I eat fruit and vegetables four times a week. I eat quickly. I practice sport from time to time. I never watch TV when I eat meal. At morning I wake up slowly and sleep at the breakfast table.
