are you leading a healthy life
My way of live is healthy, but i should make some changes. I live in the country. In the evnings i go to bad at a sensible time. I got my ups and downs. When I find something very funny i lought, but not very loudly. I usually eat simple food. I sometimes eat everything even if im already full. I like eating pancakes. When i am thirsty i drink water. I eat sweets three times a week. I like eat white bread. I eat fruit and vegetables every day. I eat Steadily. I pracitse sport reagulary. I walk upstairst. I never read or watch tv during a meal. I can do 16-20 press-ups. When i'm nervous i lisen to music. At morning i don't want to get out of bed and I don't want to go to school.
